I was looking for months for this Messi jersey and came across Evangelista. Although they didn't have it in stock at the time because of a global stock out, whenever I reached out to them they kept me updated on when they were expecting the next shipment. Sure enough, they received a shipment within their expected timeframe but didn't have it in my size. I reached out to them via their website and they told me they actually did receive it in my size as well but the website inventory needed to updated. The customer service agent on the website updated it for me within 5 minutes so that I could place my order. I received the jersey a couple of days later and it is absolutely fantastic. I could not be happier with my purchase and with my experience with Evangelista. I now have my new go-to store for everything soccer and would recommend them in a heartbeat to everyone! Amazing customer service! 5+ stars for sure!

If I could give no stars I would... Purchased a pair of cleats and the sizing was WAY off. We had tried on the same cleat in store in a half size larger (7) and decided to order online a 6.5. Shoe arrived in a couple days (paid $20+ in shipping) and the shoe is MUCH bigger than the 7 we tried on in store. Contacted customer service to return item for a full refund only to be told that the return policy is only if item is defected - which in my opinion it is, as the sizing does not match. Now I need to pay another $20 for return shipping, only to receive store credit and pay additional shipping for any item I choose to purchase. If the sizing wasn't so off I wouldn't be complaining one bit and would eat the cost of shipping. However I brought the shoes to the store to compare it to the 7, and even the person working said there was no way they are a 6.5. Customer service was terrible with the same link posted to notify me of their return policy. I did read the return policy prior to purchasing but thought I had done my due diligence by trying on the shoe in store prior to ordering... what a joke!!
